How do I remove the benchmarks that were installed with my new PC?
To remove the benchmark programs installed with your new system, goto Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs. Select the benchmark you want to uninstall then click remove.

Should I keep my shipping boxes and packing materials
Yes. The packaging and boxes will come in handy if you need to move the PC or ship it back to us for repairs.

My system is out of warranty. Can I still get support?
Yes. If your system is out of warranty, you can still contact our support to get help.

My computer is making weird noises. What's causing it?
The most common cause of strange noises from your PC is dust contamination inside a fan. If this happens then you will need to replace the fan. If you are hearing a very high pitched screeching noise then that is most likely coming from your hard drive. You should back up your data immediately and then call our support team to arrange a replacement unit (if it is still under warranty).

Why is my hard drive smaller than advertised.
Most manufacturers measure a Gigabyte as 1,000 MB, however most operating systems correctly measure a Gigabyte as 1,024MB. Differences in file systems will also affect how much usable space is available on your hard drive.

Can I upgrade my system?
Yes. However if your system is still under warranty you should notify us of any changes you plan to make to the system, otherwise you will void your warranty. If you're not sure about an upgrade you should contact us.
