I'm having problems accessing certain websites. What can I do?
If you can access some sites and not others, check the settings on you firewall. If the settings look fine, then check that there is not another firewall running. The easiest way to check if there is another firewall running is to try and access the website in "Safe Mode with Networking". If this works then check that the Microsoft firewall has been disabled. Systems with the NVIDIA nForce4 chipset may have the ActiveArmour firewall enabled, you might need to disable it.

My system is unstable after I installed a program. What should I do?
The first step is to uninstall the problematic program. If you are having problems booting up after installing the program, try and boot into "Safe Mode" by pressing F8 before Windows starts loading. If you are still experiencing problems after removing the program, you can attempt a system restore. If that fails, please contact our technical support staff.
